This makes a really delightful gift for anyone. All you need is a color photograph of the person you want to surprise.
Below you will see an example of how the face from a modern day photo can be incorporated into a famous work of art. We can do the same for you if you send us a (paper/color photo) copy of the art you want modified and the photo of the person to be inserted. It is important that each of these show the same view of the face in order to produce the best results. In the first example both the faces are both slightly turned away from the viewer. Neither is full-on, neither is in profile. Choose the photograph to match the painted face carefully, in order to ensure the best results. You might consider asking a friend to take a photo of you posed in the same position, with the light coming from the same direction as in the painting of your choice.
