From "Tequila Sunrise"


Mel vies with Kurt Russell for the attentions of beautiful restaurant manager, Michelle Pfeiffer.

Michelle's "Pasta with 4 Cheeses" was Mel's favorite menu item when he came to her restaurant. Here's a quick and easy way to prepare it:
  1. Using a packet mix, make a pint of white sauce according to packet instructions
  2. Remove sauce from heat and stir in 1/4 cup each of (a) shredded fontina cheese, (b) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and (c) diced Camembert cheese, stirring until all the cheeses have melted.
  3. Stir in 6 cups of hot, cooked rigatoni (about one packet of pasta)
  4. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped basil, and 1/4 cup of finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
